Achieve maximum productivity with minimal time
Instructions
-
Divide your actions into smaller steps.
For example, if your goal is to make $10,000 a month, break it down into weeks, then days. So, your goal is now to earn $500 per day, Monday to Friday. -
Create a not-to-do list.
20 percent of your actions will account for 80 percent of your happiness, income, and success. Reflect on which actions fall into the 20%, and eliminate the rest. -
Be specific about your goals.
Don’t say, “I’ll start writing my book tomorrow”. Instead, say, “Today, I’ll write one page of my book at 8.00 pm.” -
Take action immediately.
Simply taking action drives procrastination away. The longer the gap between your initial thought and the corresponding action, the stronger your desire to procrastinate becomes. -
Decide what your non-negotiables are.
You can start by having non-negotiables that help you improve your life overall, such as exercise, meditation, writing or reading.
