Accept that you cannot make progress every day
It is normal to have cycles of ups and downs when you are working to reach your goal. -
Tell yourself, “tomorrow is a new day!”
Have the attitude that tomorrow is a new day to continue working for your goals. Say this out loud when you’re having a “down” day - it will genuinely help you have a more positive attitude. -
Use your feelings of aggression to go the extra mile
When you start to feel aggressive about something, make a mental note of it. Then, use that aggression to overcome intimidating and agonizing scenarios such as going to the gym and finishing your last reps.
