Apply the 80/20 Principle to improve your life

Instructions

  1. Choose an area of your life you wish to improve.
    Make a list of the areas of your life you want to improve, like your fitness, wealth, work, relationships, or hobbies. Then, choose one to start with.

  2. Identify the efforts that bring the majority of the results.
    Identify which of your actions yields the most results. For example, when it comes to fitness, your diet is responsible for most of the results. When it comes to wealth, most of the results come from how much you save.

  3. Focus most of your time on those activities.
    If you spend 80% of your time on these activities, you will have better results than most people.
