Avoid competing with other companies.

Competition is actually not very healthy. When you are focusing on competing with another company, there can be a third player, that can take the whole market.

1. If you have a high chance to get a monopoly on the market, you are in a good spot.

2. If you cannot get a monopoly, consider one of the following:

   1. Merge with another company, to double the forces and build the future together.
   2. Start doing something different.
