Practice the “Give it 100” challenge.
Indulge in any activity to improve your social skills for 10 minutes, 10 days in a row. For example, you could read a book on socializing or strike up a chat with a coworker. -
Fight the obstacles to improving your social skills.
Challenges such as depression and loneliness are bound to happen, but you need to fight back by spending time with your friends, doing the things you love, and possibly consulting with a therapist. -
Take care of yourself and others.
Show empathy for others, but show empathy for yourself too and protect yourself from manipulations and unhealthy boundaries in relationships. -
Indulge in hobbies that teach social skills.
For example, Improvisational Theatre and Partner Dance can equip you with the confidence and competence to handle social situations like bullying, stage fright, and body shaming.
