Your state of mind is immediately visible in your body language. Use strategies from the previous chapters to calm down and stay calm. -
Express your high expectations.
Think of people you want to impact and what standards you would like them to live up to or exceed. Express these standards and be confident they can live up to them. -
Articulate a vision.
Having a vision is not enough, you have to communicate it. Use the tools from the previous chapter to do it well. Be bold and decisive.
