Be willing to adapt, change and evolve

Instructions

  1. When you are making plans, make contingencies and prepare for the unexpected.
A Stoic’s perspective is realistic and pragmatic—neither the best-case nor the worst-case, but likely a bit of both.

  2. Cultivate an attitude of flexibility and creativity.
No matter how well you prepare, life is unpredictable. Give yourself the wiggle room to go in a different direction when it’s needed.

  3. Be humble enough to learn from others and life.
You are allowed to change your mind, especially when it is due to reasoned thought and experience.

  4. When something isn’t working, change your strategy.
It is a waste of effort and intelligence to keep doing what doesn’t yield results.
