Block your notifications for deeper focus and clarity

Instructions

  1. Turn off all notifications on your phone
    This will allow you to concentrate on your task without being interrupted.

  2. Set your phone to “Do Not Disturb” mode
    When you need clarity, block all incoming calls for that period.

  3. Close your door
    You can ignore your phone’s alerts but that’s not always the case with people around you. Let them know you are working on something important by shutting your door or plugging your earphones in.
