To see the world through the eyes of another expands and broadens our horizons and brings a deeply enriching experience that we would not have otherwise had. To search out and experience the world through the eyes of someone who is very different from us brings an explosive, truly mind-expanding richness. It’s the coming together of minds and differences that catalyzes explosive synergy on creative ways forward that most likely would otherwise have not been discovered.

1. Think about someone you know who you believe sees things differently from the way you do.

2. Ask this person about their views on a current problem or project.
   Value the different views that you are likely to hear and be open to discovering new and creative solutions to your problem/project.

3. Ask this person if you can continue dialogue with them over the next 20 days.
   Do this to really understand how they perceive the world around them, as you value how much richness, diversity, and creativity this will give you.

4. Ask them if there is anything that you can do in return for this time and dialogue.
