Change your beliefs
You can use this technique to change your attitude about any idea or concept. Sometimes it is very easy (changing the location of the image in your mind from the left to the right), and sometimes you may need to change many representations.
Instructions
-
Think of something that you are totally sure about.
For example, your name, age, or address. -
Think of something that you are not sure about.
For example, something that you want to believe in, but you have doubts. -
Run your visual, auditory, and kinesthetic submodalities on the thing that you are sure about and then on the thing that you want to believe.
Note the differences between them. -
Reprogram the submodalities.
Change the colors, location, voices, tones, and textures.
