Change your limiting beliefs
Instructions
-
Decide to change.
Look at yourself in the mirror and repeatedly say, " I am ready to change," each day. If you experience resistance, consider what misconceptions or false beliefs are causing it. Then, look at the mirror again and say, "I am ready to overcome my blockades." -
Do a mental cleanse.
Clean your mind as you would do to your house. Clean the "rooms of your mind" of all unnecessary thoughts and limiting beliefs that bring you negative feelings and lower your self-esteem. Visualize this process or write it down on paper. -
Let go of everything that doesn't benefit you.
Meditate, breathe deeply, and let go of all tension, fears, anger, guilt, sadness, and everything that limits you. Make a list of all the past events that you want to forget and try to emotionally distance yourself from them. Let them go, and focus only on the present moment. -
Reshape your limiting beliefs.
Reframe your dysfunctional thoughts to make them more beneficial. For example, when you think, "It's difficult to change," take control and say, "Now I believe it's becoming easier for me to change." Choose the thoughts and beliefs you want to adopt and use them every time some unwanted and unhelpful thoughts appear.
