Collect Positive Evidence Against Old Beliefs

Instructions

  1. Identify a limiting belief. Pick one belief—about yourself or the world—that is holding you back. Write down what evidence currently supports it.

  2. Expose yourself to new, direct experiences. Deliberately put yourself in a position to gather firsthand evidence against your old belief. For example, if you doubt your ability to speak in public, arrange a small, low-stake presentation.

  3. Notice and record positive feedback. After each new experience, reflect and jot down any positive or even neutral signs. Use these as proof to build new self-stories.
