Instructions

  1. Schedule regular sessions. Plan 15 to 30-minute meetings with each team member at least biweekly.

  2. Create an open agenda. Encourage employees to set the meeting topics to ensure discussion of real concerns.

  3. Prepare feedback in advance. Collect observations and data before each meeting to provide constructive feedback.

  4. Listen actively. Focus on understanding their perspectives without interruption or judgment.

  5. Agree on next steps. Summarize the discussion and mutually decide on concrete actions.
