Fill your pantry with healthy fruits, vegetables, legumes, whole grains, spices, herbs, and all kinds of healthy ingredients.

Use olive oil for salads and cooking at lower temperatures and avocado oil for high temperatures.

Cook veggies the proper way.

Don’t overcook or undercook meat.
Prepare your meat at 130°F to 135°F for medium-rare and 140°F to 145°F for medium-cooked. Cook poultry or ground meat at 165°F and fish at 145°F.
Saute veggies for about 2 to 5 minutes, steam them (this is the healthiest), or roast your veggies at 425°F for 5 to 10 min. -
