Instructions

    Communicate the team goals, roles, and execution plans clearly to your team members. Repeat them as often as required.

  2. Provide psychological safety.
    Let them know they can take risks on the team without feeling insecure or embarrassed. Reward those who take risks, even if they end up failing.

  3. Make work meaningful.
    Assign tasks to each team member based on what is most meaningful to them, and areas they wish to grow in.

  4. Demonstrate dependability.
    Show up for your team members always, and on time. Let them know they can count on you, as their leader, to be available whenever they need you. This way, they’d grow to trust you and count on each other to do high-quality work on time.

  5. Communicate the impact of work.
    Let each team member know how important their work is to the organization and to their community.
