Eating flaxseeds has many health benefits for such diseases as high blood pressure, breast cancer, and prostate cancer. Flaxseeds have great nutrition that is hard to find in other plants. It’s recommended that you eat some every day.

Note: Whole flaxseeds are not well digestible, so grind them in a blender or coffee or spice grinder, or buy them pre-ground or milled.
