Your diet should be made up of at least 70% of the foods that are rich in water. That means fresh fruits or vegetables, or their freshly squeezed juices.
To make sure that 70% of what you eat is rich in water, be certain to have a salad with each meal and eat fruits as a snack instead of sweets. -
Every day, start with fruits or fresh-squeezed juice.
Fruits should be eaten on an empty stomach. Do not eat them as dessert. -
Take care to consume the right food combinations.
Don’t eat starchy carbohydrates and protein in the same meal. -
Eliminate milk and limit other dairy products.
Dairy products clog your digestive tract. Your body doesn’t need them.
