    Your worth is who you are and not something you earn.
  4. Condition your mind that the future is not free from suffering.
    There will always be sadness, sickness, and bad times. To enjoy the present, condition your mind that the future could be worst.
  5. Handle problems right away.
    Pretending there isn't any problem won't make it go away.
  6. Write your present happy moments down.
    You will hold on to them when you experience challenges in the future.
  7. Stay passionate about the things you love.
    Passion is an enemy of anxiety.
