Instructions

  1. Meditate.
    Be quiet in your mind, block out the chatter and start the day with calm thoughts.
  2. Find balance in your life.
    Take breaks between your work sessions. Dedicate time to your hobbies and people that bring your life back into balance.
  3. Identify negative triggers.
    Figure out what frustrates you and spend time putting your triggers in perspective.
  4. Change your thoughts.
    Identify a negative emotion you'd like to eliminate and fill your mind with positive thoughts that can help you move towards a more positive state. You can also identify a positive emotion you’d like to enjoy more and fill your mind with thoughts that would help you move in that direction.
