If your work is good, people will appreciate and believe in it. You won’t have to convince anyone of it, as your work will speak for itself.

1. Work on improving your current standards
   Critically evaluate your work and identify how you can do better.

2. Brainstorm for good ideas
   Good ideas attract good people. To be a good leader and achieve success, you will need to come up with innovative, creative ideas that interest others.
