If you feel that you have, or sometimes have, a victim identity, feel the emotional attachment that you have to your victim story and become aware of the attachment to think or talk about it.
You don’t have to do anything—just be there as a witness. -
When you recognize and notice that there is a voice in your head that sometimes seems to never stop speaking, ask yourself the following question:
