Get a good rest to re-energize

Instructions

  1. Schedule a periodic rest day.
    Depending on how the need arises, it could be once a week, once a month, or once every three months.

  2. Do the things that make you come alive and feel like yourself.
    It could be listening to music, baking, or walking.

  3. Practice self-care regularly.
    Self-care practices are relaxing. For example, get a manicure, massage, or use weekly facial masks.

  4. Practice mindfulness.
    When you give your inner body the chance to rest, you let go of many things and come back renewed.
