Schedule a periodic rest day.
Depending on how the need arises, it could be once a week, once a month, or once every three months. -
Do the things that make you come alive and feel like yourself.
It could be listening to music, baking, or walking. -
Practice self-care regularly.
Self-care practices are relaxing. For example, get a manicure, massage, or use weekly facial masks. -
Practice mindfulness.
When you give your inner body the chance to rest, you let go of many things and come back renewed.
