Instructions

  1. Print out all income statements and statements related to debt for the last twelve months.
    Credit card statements, loan statements, and accounts payable reports are all debt statements.

  2. Highlight all labor costs such as salaries and commissions.

  3. Highlight all expenses related to generating revenue.

  4. Highlight any other expenses you believe necessary to keep your business open.

  5. With a red pen, circle expenses that repeat every month.
