Instructions

  1. Set clear goals to accomplish
    Your goals should be attainable and aligned with your skillset and abilities.

  2. Balance your abilities with the challenge
    The activities aligned with your goals should neither be too easy nor difficult.

  3. Look for direct and immediate feedback
    Monitor your progress and adjust your behavior when needed.

  4. Practice awareness of your flow state
    Here are the components of flow; you may experience a few or all:
     - Can fully concentrate
     - Loss of self-consciousness: your action and awareness are merged
     - Distorted sense of time
     - Sense of personal control over the situation
     - Feeling that the activity is naturally rewarding
    - Lack of awareness of bodily needs
