Write down at least ten specific habits that contribute to this habit, and be specific.
For example, you could write, ‘Picking up a donut when I buy coffee’, ‘Having three pieces of pizza for lunch’, ‘Grabbing breakfast at the gas station’, etc. -
Pick two or three of the easiest specific habits to resolve
This will help you practise and build your skills so you can approach real-world problems with more confidence. -
Remove one of the prompts for this habit for at least one day.
For example, you could make coffee at home so you don’t end up getting a donut too.
