How to Apply This

  1. Create an evening ritual checklist with the following categories:
     - Electronic screens off 90 minutes (minimum) before bed.
     - Stretch and/or take a bath or shower.

     - Brush your teeth.

     - Journal.
    - Meditate, pray, or give gratitude.

  2. Perform each activity in your checklist every night to ensure you’ll have quality sleep.
