    Healing from betrayal requires accepting the bad things someone has done to you without making excuses for them or rationalizing their actions.

  3. Control your reactions when you’re hurt.
    If you respond with anger, you’ll receive the same negative reaction from others. On the other hand, If you express your feelings calmly, the other person can sympathize more easily.
