Instructions

  1. Take time and grieve the loss of your partner properly.
    Create opportunities to remember how much you love, want, and need your partner, feel gratitude for the gifts your partner has given you, and feel how much you wish they would come back.
  2. Accept your loss, but do not forget.
    Over time, remembering your partner will become no longer be painful, your heart will be full of love and peace, and you will be ready to get involved again.
