If you’re a developer, help others achieve their goals
Instructions
-
Get a pen and paper.
-
Think about who you want to help reach their goals.
It could be a friend who wants to win a public speaking contest, a colleague who wants to be promoted in their job, and any other people you think need your help. -
Write down the strengths of each person that could help them achieve their goals. Perhaps your friend who wants to win a public speaking contest is great at communication. Strive for complete accuracy.
-
Schedule time to meet with each of them regularly, even if for only 15 minutes.
Check with them for their availabilities. -
During the meeting, discuss their strengths and ways they could achieve their goals.
In the discussion, try to be as detailed as possible and address every question they ask you. This will help them clearly understand what you’re telling them.
