Perhaps you’re the boss in a company, and the marketer brought high sales for this week. -
Give that person credit by simply congratulating them or giving a small gift.
Whatever you do, make sure that you show them your sincere appreciation for doing their best at work. This will highly motivate them to keep doing a great job. -
Continue observing your team members or employees and show appreciation when needed.
This will increase their performance and efficiency when at work. It can also cultivate your relationship with them.
