Inspire people to value your ideas as their own

Commit wholeheartedly to your ideas.
If you feel that your idea is better than any other, spend as much time and energy as possible testing it out to prove its worth. Own it completely and follow through on it until others see its value and are inspired to accept it.

Make others believe that your idea is their own.
When presenting your idea to a group of people, treat it like a seminar rather than a lecture. Have a conversation with them and ask them leading questions to nudge them to come to a similar conclusion as you. Ask questions that begin with “What do you think about …” or “What if we..”
