Interrupt the interrupter

Tell them you are busy and can only deal with the important stuff.
Example: "I have an exceptionally busy day, so I'm only dealing with 9s and 10s on a 1-10 scale. Everything else MUST wait until tomorrow. Are you convinced that what you want to talk to me about is a 9 or 10?”

If they start saying "No, but...". Interrupt them and leave.
Example: "No buts. Thanks. See you tomorrow" and leave.
