Do not blame life for treating you unfairly, but do not blame yourself either. -
Focus on the present moment instead of giving your illness any past or future.
Focus on the present moment only and learn to accept your situation - it cannot be undone anyway. If you’re feeling grief, despair, fear, and so on, observe it without judgment.
