Lead productive weekly meetings

Instructions

  1. Meet with your leadership team for ninety minutes.

  2. Examine five to fifteen most actual numbers on your scorecard.
These can be sales numbers, production output, the number of new prospects gained, etc.

  3. Review and mark ‘’on track’’ or ‘’off track’’ each priority item for the current quarter.

  4. Review and mark ‘’done’’ or ‘’not done’’ all things on a to-do list.
Rock is a ninety-day priority, while a to-do is a seven-day action item. Employees make small commitments throughout the week that hold them accountable.

  5. Solve problems from your issues list by proposing solutions and action plans with deadlines.
Focus on important ones first, then work down the list.

  6. Conclude a meeting with a recap of this week’s to-do list.
