Learn from guilt and make better choices

Instructions

  1. Think about things you feel guilty about.
    Think about your actions, decisions, or situations which have left you with a feeling of guilt.
  2. Come up with an action plan to relieve the guilt and rectify any damage.
    Think about what you could have done differently in past experiences to prevent feelings of guilt. Consider the damage you’ve done to other people and develop ideas to do damage control.
  3. Put effort into making the right choices.
    Find the internal strength to do actions that will help you develop virtues. Making the right choice is possible if you take action.
