Choose five values that are most important for you and make your evidence-based procedures.
Think about what makes you feel that the values are fulfilled. Write it down. -
Think about whether the evidence-based procedure motivates you or limits you.
If it holds you back, remember that you can change it at any time. -
If you need to make a new evidence-based procedure, remember that it should help you. Create them to serve you and your purpose.
They should be accessible in a reasonable period of time. If necessary, you could establish some intermediate goals or reframe the experience. Positive feedback is very useful. Later you can always extend your values and goals.
