Teach your children to use time in a creative way.

A good measure of our ability to control the quality of our experience is when we are left alone and have no work to complete. Do we fill our time with activities that require concentration? Activities that make us grow? Do we develop ourselves? If yes, then we have passed the test for achieving a creative life.

1. Teach your kids to do creative things in their free time.
   These should be things that require concentration and lead to the development of the self. The activities could include studying or reading a book.

2. Beware of activities that are only meant to kill time.
   These activities might include surfing on social media or watching TV.
