Instructions

  1. Accept everything life throws at you.
    Even if you experience something awful, acceptance lessens the emotional pain you feel toward life’s events. This alone creates an opportunity to respond to anything positively.

  2. Reappraise your situation.
    Instead of blaming the situation itself, the universe, or yourself, try to flip your thinking upside down and start to think about what you can get out of it.

  3. Express your feelings.
    You can do this by finding someone you can talk to or simply writing down what you feel. Watch out not only to complain about everything but to express how you feel.
