Minimize distractions to improve attention and memory

Instructions

  1. Regulate your caffeine intake.
    Caffeine can help you focus better, but stop drinking it at least 12 hours before bed, so it doesn’t interfere with your sleep.

  2. Sleep 7-9 hours a night.
    Not less, not more. Keep your brain from feeling sluggish.

  3. Focus on one thing at a time - avoid multitasking.
    Put your smartphone on silent mode, turn off text alerts, and log off social media.

  4. Meditate.
    This will improve your focus and memory in general.
