  1. Plan your mornings centered around a relationship, career, and yourself.
    Pick days for a relationship, career, and self-nourishment. It’s great you can combine all three each morning. If not, just organize them during the week.

  2. Take care of your family relationships.
    Spend the morning with family members, doing relaxing things like cooking breakfast, talking, engaging in a creative activity, or whatever you and your family enjoy doing.

  3. Take care of your career.
    Set aside time in the early morning to focus on one important and enjoyable task for your career. Don't let anything else distract you.

  4. Take care of yourself.
    Get up before any other commitment interferes and do something that truly fills your soul, positively affecting your physical and mental well-being, such as exercising, yoga, writing, praying, studying scripture, playing the guitar, and so on.
