Overcome hunger during your fasting period.

Instructions

  1. Keep yourself very busy.
    For example, when you get busy with accomplishing a task at work, you can easily get through a wave of hunger without even realizing it.

  2. Drink lots of fluids like water, tea, or coffee while fasting.
    These fluids will not only keep you hydrated but can also give you the required energy to sail through waves of hunger.

  3. Distract yourself whenever you are experiencing a hunger wave.
    You could go for a walk or chat with your friends or loved ones.

  4. Stay away from places that ooze good flavors.
    This is because some stimuli can naturally make you hungry. For example, the smell and sizzle of steak in a restaurant can make you feel like eating it. So you may want to avoid restaurants and eateries when you are fasting.
