Overcome your enduring vulnerabilities

Instructions

  1. Identify your exact past traumatic experiences.
Were you abused, exploited, or taken advantage of as a child? Did you lose anyone dear to you at some point? Knowing your past experiences and how they affected you will help you become more aware of your current life and relationships.

  2. Open up to the people you are close to.
Talking to your friends, relatives, partner or spouse will help you heal.

  3. Exercise or meditate whenever you become suddenly stressed by your past traumatic experiences.
Exercise helps your nervous system restore balance by burning off adrenaline and releasing endorphins, which helps combat situational depression that may develop as a result of a traumatic event. Meanwhile, meditation is also beneficial for emotional healing and emotional resilience.

  4. Seek therapy.
Seek therapy from a mental health expert if you have tried all the above actions with no success.
