When a negative thought comes up, re-direct your focus by asking yourself empowering questions. - Focus on solutions, not problems.
Whenever a problem or the thought of a problem arises, focus on solutions. - Re-start the challenge if you indulge in a negative thought.
If you indulge in a negative thought for more than a minute, you should start the challenge from day one.
