Play a rule-breaker’s game

Instructions

Gather a few friends.
To experience a rule-breakers game, you’ll need at least one friend to help you play.
Start a game of hide-and-seek (or Cops and Robbers).
When you’re ready to start the game, have your cop or seeker begin counting down. Find a hiding place and tuck yourself away.
Enjoy the thrill.
Track your feelings by noting any suspense or fear you might feel while in your hiding spot. If you’re caught early in the game, is the game less fun for you? If you were stuck in your spot for a long time, did you make noise to create a clue for the seeker?
