Make a list of 3-5 things for which you are grateful.

Write 3-5 things you love about yourself.

Write down a negative model/belief you have.
Ask yourself, is it absolute truth? Does it really mean what you think it means? If you answered no to either of the questions, remove it. -
Replace the negative model/belief.
Write one positive model/belief to replace each negative model/belief you established.
