Instructions
- Keep a daily gratitude journal.
Write at least one thing you’re grateful for today. Be as specific as possible, get personal, and try to find inspiration even in the smallest things. - Meditate.
Connect to your body and your emotions. Meditation helps you have more clarity about your life. For starters, you could try guided meditation sessions. - Express your gratitude in your relationships with others.
Thank your partner for the time they give you, even during busy times. Thank your colleague for helping you with a project. Thank your mom for the delicious meal she lovingly prepared for you.
