Instructions

  1. Nourish your soul.
    Set aside time to meditate, pray, or journal. Use this time to reflect on what’s going on in your life - things that work for you and the things that need to be changed.

  2. Improve your physical strength.
    Start getting into activities that can strengthen your body like exercise or simple walks. Also, start watching what you eat and make sure your body is getting the right amount of nutrients for it to function.

  3. Start tapping on your creativity.
    Read books, listen to good music and write yourself affirmations. These activities can help you to acquire new knowledge and inspiration to be better.

  4. Be grateful.
    Learn to appreciate the things around you and start building a positive view of the world that surrounds you. Take time to list the things that you are grateful for each day.

  5. Keep it simple.
    Self-improvement doesn’t have to be complicated. Start with small steps, but be consistent.
