Practice “Love Week” during the week of Valentine’s Day

Identify the individual you’ll be showering love and appreciation to.
Before Love Week begins, have everyone in the office write down their name on a piece of paper. Get all your colleagues to place their piece of paper in a hat. Then ask each person to pick a name out of the hat randomly. The name you pull out of the hat is the one you will show love and appreciation for all week. You become a secret angel, and the person becomes your human.

Find out as much as possible about the person you picked.
If you’re familiar with your human, then you already know the stuff they enjoy. But if you aren’t familiar with them, this is a good opportunity to get to know them better. Be discrete when looking for information about them. Display your appreciation in mysterious and secretive ways, so your human doesn’t discover who you are.

Get as creative as possible when identifying gifts.
It’s the thought and effort that count, so there’s no need to spend lavishly. You can brainstorm with other colleagues to find the right gifts. For example, you can compile love notes from friends, give them a massage voucher, make a playlist of their favorite music, send them motivational quotes, or create a Pinterest board with their goals.

Reveal your identity at the end of the week.
At the end of Love Week, the secret angels reveal their identities. This enhances the feeling of gratitude and love among the team.
