Practice “The Six Phase” meditation

Instructions

  1. Embrace compassion.
    Think about someone you love and imagine how that love energy spreads all over the room, house, neighborhood, city, planet, etc.

  2. Practice gratitude.
    Write about the things you are grateful for in your personal life, work-life, and things you love about yourself.

  3. Practice forgiveness.
    List down the names of people you need to forgive. Try to understand the person's behavior and release anger. You can also forgive something yourself.

  4. Visualize your wishes.
    Visualize your future self as a successful, fulfilled, knowledgeable, compassionate, and enjoy positive emotions.

  5. Create your perfect day.
    Visualize what your perfect day looks like. List the actions you would like to take that will lead you to realize your perfect life vision.

  6. Feel blessed and safe.
    Visualize yourself protected and supported by some higher universe power.
