Think about someone you love and imagine how that love energy spreads all over the room, house, neighborhood, city, planet, etc. -
Practice gratitude.
Write about the things you are grateful for in your personal life, work-life, and things you love about yourself. -
Practice forgiveness.
List down the names of people you need to forgive. Try to understand the person's behavior and release anger. You can also forgive something yourself. -
Visualize your wishes.
Visualize your future self as a successful, fulfilled, knowledgeable, compassionate, and enjoy positive emotions. -
Create your perfect day.
Visualize what your perfect day looks like. List the actions you would like to take that will lead you to realize your perfect life vision. -
Feel blessed and safe.
Visualize yourself protected and supported by some higher universe power.
