Prioritize your goals well

Instructions

  1. Identify what matters most to you.
For example, is it your health, family, career, or education?

  2. Start working on the goals that matter the most.
For example, if your most important goal is to lose weight, you should be able to put more of your effort into physical activities and eating healthy.

  3. Align your schedule with your top priority.
For example, if your health is your top priority, you could set your alarm for 4 am to exercise.
